Depression Will Kill You

Depression is a common illness characterized by persistent sadness and a loss of interest in activities etc.

On the basis of the WHO depression report, Suicide is the second leading cause of death in 15-29 year-olds.

Over 800000 people die due to suicide every year.

The last stage of depression, when the body thinks that why he/she exists, their whole life is for nothing. I can’t live anymore. 

This is the way to prove to others why I can’t survive in this world. They will feel worried about the work they have done with me and feel guilt in their whole life.

A lot of things, but there are some major causes of depression and suicide :  

1. The pressure of syllabus, to pass and getting 1st rank.
2. Break Up, One-sided Love and Lust, etc.
3. Cruel Behavior, Discrimination, and Marginalization, etc.
4. Family matters
5. Service Matters

First of all, we have to understand the cause of the above reason properly:

1. Education/Institution/Educational Sector:- All the parents want their children to be the 1st in his school. Some students not concentrated in their studies and fall down in exams but parents have a lot of hope on their children that students know. And lastly, when he feels that he didn’t do anything in their whole study period. He went disturbed. What will I say to them that I can’t? 

This is the main reason why a lot of students commit suicide because they think what they will say to their parents?

2. Side Effects of Love:- In this sector, a lot of teenagers (especially students of any sector) are affected by this term ‘Love’. There have mostly three types when he/she think to commit suicide.

• Break Up:- Some are not digested their break up and think, “No more remains for loving me. so why am I Live.”
• One-sided love:- Sometimes it dangerous for the lover because in this situation lots of them not digest their rejection. They think about why I exist when my crush doesn’t love me. Some of them manage their situation with time but some of them do not handle the situation and they commit suicide.
• Lust:- In this situation, the male/female body loves their opposite sex for fulfillment of their sexual requirements, and sometimes the opposite sexual body does not interested in them. At this moment, the lusty body falls down in depression because he/she has no lover for sex. These types of depression kill them instantly and sometimes these depression change in rape.

3. Marginalization/cruel behavior/discrimination: - We stay live in a great society where people enjoy other's insult. This is a normal/enjoyable moment for us but not a normal/enjoyable moment for the insulted body. 

You can understand the situation of discrimination & marginalization with the help of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar's Biography/Autobiography (if possible). But I have a different story that suitable on the basis of marginalization : 

Suppose… there are 25 students in a class and 17 students are enjoying to tease a student and the other 7 students have no reaction they just enjoying with 17 others. When that student complains on other 17 students,

Teacher(to all students):- Who was teasing this student. nobody hands up(it’s normal).

Then the teacher asked the student to tell me who was he. He indicates on all other students.

the teacher starting to look at that student (thinking like, this is the disturbed student by family reasons). And call their parent to take off their child for a few days. Everyone is not Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar that he/she thinks about it deeply and solves it. student thinking about suicide with the suicide note against the other 17 students because teachers are not interested in taking action on them. They took action on the victim. Because the other 7 students explained the situation that they don’t know about it.

4. Family Matters:- In this case, a lot of males taking decisions to commit suicide because they are not able to discuss the family matter with others but here females are able to discuss their family matter with any other.

This type of thing comes to the decision of suicide.

5. Service Matter:- In this sector, the minor of the people thinking about commit suicide (like- Sushant Singh Rajput) where they depend their life on the specific sector.

In this time, A new word raised ‘Nepotism (कुनबा-परस्ती ) ’ but we forget that all of us (those exist in the world) are the part of Nepotism because at the time of admission in the college, our fathers give some funds to the college fund for admission. but at the same time they snatching the chance of a poor student that is eligible for the seat. So do you think, you are eligible for taking a good step against Nepotisms?

Everyone may have their own story of committing suicide but the above reason ultimately relates their story.

The conclusion is that a lot of suicide happening with the reason for depression.
